Thank You!
It's readers like you that make the time and effort of building The Monday Christian worthwhile.
Happy American Thanksgiving!
There's a lot I could say, but I want you to know how grateful I am to you, my faithful reader.
This past year, I've had the chance to speak with many of you, and I appreciate your words of encouragement about how The Monday Christian has been helpful to your spiritual growth.
To readers and contributors like:
- Andrew in Toronto, who reads this devotional before bed
- Ruth in Pennsylvania, who is a wonderful example of Monday Christian living
- David in West Virginia, who is always looking to grow
- Tim in Idaho, who always has a word of encouragement
- Jesse in Texas, who has written several great posts
- Esther (my sister) in Honduras, who reminds me to stay grounded
And many others.
You are the reason The Monday Christian exists, and it's conversations with you that make the effort worthwhile.
As I think of readers like you, I'm reminded of those words from 3 John 4, "I have no greater joy than this: to hear that my children are walking in truth."
Nothing excites me more than hearing the stories of how you are putting your Sunday beliefs into Monday action. That you're walking a little closer to Jesus, and are becoming a little more like him with each passing day.
It's tough to predict what the next year will bring, but know that I'm thankful for you and am honored that you take time out of your day to make this devotional a priority.
